About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Compensation Specialist to join our team at CB Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Total Compensation strategies and programs.
  • Lead design and roll out of compensation and benefits packages.
  • Address issues emerging from job evaluation and analysis.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits-related trend and statistical analysis.
  • Develop and recommend policies and processes to optimize effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and services.
  • Maintain relationships with benefits program vendors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare input to compensation, benefits, pension, and work experience surveys.
  • Prepare compliance reports for pension and benefits plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of compensation and benefits experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include CCP, CBP, or CEBS designation.
