About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Total Rewards to join our People organization at Clio. This is a unique opportunity to drive our total rewards philosophy, including compensation, payroll, reward & recognition, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion our human and high-performing culture through our total rewards philosophy, strategies, and programs.
  • Lead Global Total Rewards at Clio, including global compensation and benefits, executive compensation, job architecture, compensation cycle systems, and processes.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide expertise and thought leadership to design, implement, manage, and evolve total rewards programs.
  • Continually optimize our job architecture framework for scale and effectiveness in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Lead and inspire a team of functional experts in compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Develop and execute complex cross-functional strategies to address opportunities and issues in Total Rewards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant global total rewards experience, with proficiency in global benefits, cash compensation, long-term incentive programs, and equity management.
  • High-growth SaaS company experience, preferably in NAMER, EMEA, & APAC.
  • Experience leading a global total rewards team in a rapidly scaling global business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to package and present complex analyses and recommendations clearly.
