Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Liuyishou Hotpot Downtown Toronto. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, including kitchen staff, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
