Restaurant Operations Manager

Miku Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and provide excellent customer service.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and instruct individuals, address customers' complaints or concerns, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Serving It Safe program certification and Food Safety Certificate.
- Skills: Electronic cash register, MS Office, MS Word, Point of Sale system, and Spreadsheet.
