Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team at isgSearch. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for researching and following up on new business development leads for client development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and following up on new business development leads for client development.
- Working closely with our talented Sourcing and Recruiting teams to attract top IT professionals.
- Building a strong network and list of contacts for business development.
- Identifying, verifying, and fulfilling job requirements.
- Exceeding client satisfaction and ensuring successful placements through continued follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven IT recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on account management and client development.
- Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas and activity targets.
- University or college degree is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with an open mind and a willingness to continually learn and improve.
