About the Role

The Account Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in a designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior IT executives in the assigned territory, showcasing our products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving predefined objectives and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2+ years of frontline sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
  • Intellectual adaptability, inquisitiveness, and a willingness to continuously learn about our products and customers.
  • Exceptional communication and sales skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively.
  • Active listening and responding skills, with the ability to enhance mutual comprehension.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and focus on multiple sales activities.
  • Persistence and resilience, with the ability to overcome setbacks and disappointments.
  • Business acumen, with the ability to leverage insights into the business landscape and information technology.

Remote/In Office Policy

This role requires on-site work 3 days a week in Toronto, ON, Canada, at our iconic office located in the Masonic Temple.
