Job Summary:

Capleo Global LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Use Case Analysis: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, developing use cases and user stories to support business needs.
  • Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and training materials, to support business operations.
  • Power BI and Cognos: Gather and document requirements for Power BI dashboards and reports, and develop solutions to meet business needs using Cognos/Impromptu reports.
  • Test Planning and User Acceptance Testing: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing initiatives to ensure business solutions meet requirements.
  • Business Analysis Certifications: Possess Business Analyst Certifications such as IIBA-CBAP, IIBA-ECBA, and list certifications achieved and dates completed.

Requirements:

  • Business Analysis Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, use case analysis, and business process improvement.
  • Business Intelligence Experience: 1+ year of experience in gathering and documenting requirements for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Cognos/Impromptu Experience: 6+ months of experience in developing solutions using Cognos/Impromptu reports.
  • Business Analyst Certifications: Possess Business Analyst Certifications such as IIBA-CBAP, IIBA-ECBA.
