About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Alberta Ltd. As an experienced culinary professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant kitchen, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory and manage supplies to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a chef or kitchen manager
  • Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
