We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Desi Beats Bar N Grill. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop business strategies and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent position
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with varying temperature conditions
  • Repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
  • Physical demands of lifting, bending, and carrying heavy objects
