Job Title: Executive Chef - Culinary Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Asian Express Hot Pot. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in cooking and supervisory experience. You should be able to maintain a clean and safe working environment, as well as manage kitchen staff and inventory effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standard
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient service
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed

Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Fluency in English language required

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
