Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at East Side Mario's Oakville. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations to customers
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
