About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology and Data Insights Manager to join our team at Procom. This is a key role that will drive innovation and optimization in our HR technology and analytics functions, supporting our people strategy.

Job Description
  • Lead the charge in optimizing HR technology and analytics functions, driving innovation and supporting our people strategy.
  • Oversight of the HRIS, including reporting, data audits, new module implementation, communication.
  • Unlock new ways to leverage technology, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver results.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of HR Technology, overseeing HR processes and workflows, including accurate and timely management of data entry, new hires, changes, cyclical updates, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with People and Culture (P&C), Payroll, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Proactively propose solutions that enhance the system, streamlining processes, expanding the usage of technology, and implementing workflows to automate processes for stakeholders and the P&C team.
  • Accountable for the accuracy and reliability of HR data through regular audits and reporting.
  • Resolve User Provisioning talent tickets related to HR technology, managing permissions, access, and security settings for users.
  • Develop and deliver training for end-users to educate and maximize system utilization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ~5+ years of HRIS or IT system/application management experience.
  • ~3+ years data analytics and reporting experience, with Power BI preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based HRIS software (preferably Ultimate Software UltiPro (UKG Pro)).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
  • IT project management experience, including release management, process design, configuration, testing, and successful implementation.
  • Experience working in a human resources function, strong understanding of HR processes, including interdependencies with payroll, benefits, leave management, and talent.
  • Team Leader or management experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong technical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and technical support skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations required.
  • Previous vendor management experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment with agility to manage multiple priorities and deliverables and meet deadlines.
Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
