Business Intelligence and Data Insights Manager

At pt Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Data Insights Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role that will play a critical part in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on industry standards for similar roles in Toronto, Canada.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and data analytics, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities. They will design, implement, and maintain robust database systems tailored to meet the needs of our division, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze consolidated data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions, collaborating with various departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Strategic Costing Analysis and Predictive Modeling: Work closely with senior directors to unlock business intelligence through strategic costing analyses and predictive advanced analytical techniques to forecast trends and support business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across various business divisions to gather requirements, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making, fostering strong relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration on data initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in database design, implementation, and maintenance, particularly in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
