Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reporting Analyst to join our team in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced reporting solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using Workday to analyze real-time data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality reporting solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of reporting solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and functionalities to continuously improve reporting solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating custom reports using Workday, with a strong focus on HR data analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Workday ecosystem and ability to conceptualize multiple links to different modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and data visualization, with a focus on HR data.
