HR Technology and Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Technology and Analytics Specialist to join our team at Procom. As an integral member of the Talent and Culture leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing our HR technology and analytics functions, driving innovation, and supporting our people strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving system optimization, teamwork, and impactful change. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of HR Technology, including troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and enhancing platform experience for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
HR Technology Management- Executing daily tasks, resolving user provisioning tickets, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborating with People and Culture (P&C), Payroll, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Building strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective partnerships.
- Proposing solutions that enhance the system, streamlining processes, expanding technology usage, and implementing workflows to automate processes.
- Accountable for the accuracy and reliability of HR data through regular audits and reporting.
- Managing system configuration and maintenance of all modules, ensuring consistent system taxonomy, and implementing new modules and system upgrades.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation and Standard Operation Procedures of system configurations, processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Ensuring system controls are in place to meet compliance requirements.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, troubleshooting data queries, and generating talent reports and dashboards.
- Participating in cyclical processes, including annual performance reviews, compensation programs, and benefit renewals.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS or IT system/application management experience.
- 3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience, with Power BI preferred.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based HRIS software (preferably Ultimate Software UltiPro (UKG Pro)).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
- IT project management experience, including release management, process design, configuration, testing, and successful implementation.
- Experience working in a human resources function, with a strong understanding of HR processes and interdependencies with payroll, benefits, leave management, and talent.
- Demonstrated technical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations.
