HR Insights Specialist

Equinix is seeking a skilled HR Insights Specialist to join its global Workforce Insights Team. This role will focus on delivering strategic insights and workforce plans to support business growth and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to socialize insights with key stakeholders, driving last-mile impact and business results. Proactively partner with HR Functional Teams and Client Services to identify and understand business-related people insight and planning requirements.
Requirements
Strong expertise in understanding and diagnosing business problems, leveraging data to solve complex issues. Ability to tell compelling, meaningful stories with data, influencing decision-making and driving business outcomes. Experience with data analysis tools, techniques, and outputs, including dashboards, models, and reports.
