About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our business operations team, you will be responsible for enforcing contract policies, managing the client's contracts database, and ensuring timely renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Enforce the client's contract execution and proposals policies and procedures.
  • Database Management: Manage and maintain the client's contracts & proposals database, including uploading contract documents, compiling and maintaining contractual records, and running reports.
  • Contract Administration: File, email, fax, and distribute executed contracts, and provide support to internal and external clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic internal and external reports and summaries relating to contracts and proposals progress.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with contract management policies, legal requirements, and reporting requirements to maximize business advantages and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Certificate in Legal Administrative Studies or equivalent is required; diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal, or Business Law is considered an asset.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience dealing with high-volume contracts/proposals administration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, advanced computer skills, and ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
