About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for enforcing contract policies, managing client contracts, and ensuring timely renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Enforce contract policies, manage client contracts, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the client's contracts database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Documentation: Prepare and distribute executed contracts, as well as maintain records and documents in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic internal and external reports on contracts and proposals progress.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR and safety policies, as well as legal requirements and contract terms.
Requirements
  • Education: Certificate in Legal Administrative Studies or equivalent required; diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal, or Business Law considered an asset.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience handling high-volume contracts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, advanced computer skills, and ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
