Job Summary

Morson Talent (Canada & USA) is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Specialist to join our team in the aerospace industry. As a key member of our business development and operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract & Proposal Management:
    • Enforce policies and procedures related to contract execution and proposals.
    • Maintain and manage the contracts & proposals database, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
    • Prepare internal and external reports on contracts and proposals progress.
    • Ensure timely renewal and adjustments as per management policies.
    • Support finance and other departments with invoice validation.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective data compilation.
    • Handle filing, distribution, and organization of executed contracts.
    • Address and resolve administration issues related to contracts and proposals.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Stay updated on legal requirements and contract terms to ensure compliance and maximize business advantages.
    • Maintain awareness of reporting requirements to support the business's goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a Certificate in Legal Administrative Studies or equivalent. A diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal, Business Law, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Experience: Ideally 1-3 years of experience in high-volume contract and proposal administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the aerospace industry is beneficial.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills, attention to detail, technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, time management, and confidentiality.
