Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Proposals Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts for the organization.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of contract documentation and revisions.
  • Contract Filing and Distribution: Manage the filing, emailing/faxing, distribution, and organization of finalized contracts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular internal and external reports and summaries on the progress of contracts and proposals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay updated about legal requirements, contract and proposal terms, and reporting obligations to optimize business benefits and ensure compliance.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in high-volume contract administration or a similar role.
  • Contract Administration Skills: Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Interpersonal and Analytical Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, mathematical, and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
