Job Title: Strategic Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Engagement Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple client engagements across our practice areas, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Client Engagements: Lead and manage multiple client engagements across our practice areas, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Identify and Close New Project Opportunities: Identify and close new project opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and develop strategic, tailored solutions.
  • Oversee Project Teams: Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client recommendations.
  • Prepare and Present Reports: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead Business Development Efforts: Lead and contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ Years of Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of managing successful client engagements.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in one or more of our key industries is highly desirable.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
