  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visitations, effective communication, and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, coach, mentor, and develop branch employees to achieve their full potential and drive business success.
  • Employee Engagement: Achieve annual improvement in branch Employee Engagement Scores by fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee development, and recognizing individual contributions.
Requirements

Employment Conditions
  • Full-time, Permanent Position: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Benefits and Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience (75-80K), benefits, 3 weeks vacation, and RRSP matching
