An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned and strategic communications executive to assume the prominent and essential role of Director, Strategic Communications. Reporting directly to the EVP of Corporate & Investor Relations, the Director will manage a varied portfolio that encompasses BCI's client communications, employee and internal corporate communications, events, studio operations, brand development, design, and digital strategy. In this pivotal leadership position, overseeing a team of 16, the Director will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing long-term partnerships with BCI's internal and external clients and stakeholders by refining the team's engagement strategies and processes to ensure ongoing success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Continuing the evolution of the client portal and client engagement strategies.
- Revamping the internal intranet and supporting ongoing change management initiatives.
- Maximizing the use of various platforms and tools to promote the corporate brand and engage with stakeholders.
- Providing strong leadership to minimize silos, enhance collaboration, and streamline processes.
The ideal candidate will be a leader in corporate communications with a background in strategic communications, including employee engagement and corporate branding. This experience may have been acquired within an institutional investment management or investment consulting environment.
