About the Role

Cascadia Strategy Consulting Partners is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management consulting practice, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple client engagements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Lead and manage multiple client engagements across our practice areas, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and close new project opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Team Management: Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client recommendations.
  • Project Management: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Business Growth: Leverage your network and expertise to attract new clients and projects.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of managing successful client engagements.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams, proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
