Position Overview

The Team Sales, Recruiting and Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base and sourcing top-tier talent to support business objectives. This strategic position combines sales development with recruitment, enabling the individual to shape the future of the business by growing both the client portfolio and team.

You will work closely with leadership, using data-driven approaches to maximize client satisfaction and develop an effective recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's culture and values.

  1. Team Sales & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's sales base and improve customer relationships.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Analyze client data and market trends to drive business development decisions and optimize growth strategies.
  5. Recruiting: Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations.
  6. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify top candidates.
