About the Role
  • We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality customer experience.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
