We are a dynamic and innovative tattoo studio seeking an experienced director to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, marketing, and sales, with a passion for the tattoo industry.

Job Description:

The Tattoo Studio Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and controlling daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Planning and organizing daily operations to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Establishing or implementing policies and procedures for staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure financial stability and minimize waste.
  • Hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling and assigning duties of housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Recommending personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to support business growth.
  • Preparing payroll and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Preparing marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a management or leadership position, preferably in the tattoo industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and communicate with customers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and resolve conflicts.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Docs to create marketing materials and manage inventory.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
