Executive Director of Sales and Business Development

At LGI Healthcare Solutions Santé Inc., we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Executive Director of Sales and Business Development. This position is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and team management.

Our specialty lies in providing innovative solutions for clinical, financial, and material management, performance analysis, and workforce management, including payroll management.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an exceptional candidate who can lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan) as well as in the US. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing our business development strategy, managing the productivity of the sales team, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate opportunities for our solutions, meet with customers, and make financial proposals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage government relations with our partners.
- Lead the internal sales team by prioritizing tasks, coordinating opportunities, and providing coaching and training to Account Managers.
- Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to define the sales strategy by product and implement it effectively in the market.
- Work with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop budget priorities and perform budget tracking and analysis.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service, as well as 5 years of management experience.
- Strong knowledge of sales funnel management and basic legal knowledge of contracts.
- An excellent understanding of market issues and the ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Relocation to Western Canada or the ability to work remotely.
LGI Healthcare Solutions Santé Inc. offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
