Regional Sales Director

Foss National Leasing Ltd., a leading fleet management company, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Ontario market.
This is a unique opportunity to join a family-owned business with a reputation for exceptional customer service and tailored solutions for automotive fleet managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Present the organization's value proposition to new and existing customers, highlighting differentiators and benefits.
- Establish sales objectives and create a sales plan to meet national and regional targets.
- Meet sales and account objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to execute strategic objectives in Ontario.
- Interface with sales and client services teams to identify synergies and best practices.
- Work with local teams to find new opportunities, improve penetration and retention, and enhance the driver/customer experience.
- Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees to achieve regional sales human resource objectives.
- Maintain an updated client and prospect database on Salesforce.com.
- Provide consulting services to existing and prospective customers as needed.
- Attend industry-related functions and stay up-to-date on trends and new technologies.
- Participate in short- and long-term strategic planning efforts.
- Ability to build strategic relationships that support lengthy sales cycles in a finance and professional services sales model.
- Five or more years of experience in business development and strategic account management.
- Working with C-level executives, particularly in HR, Finance, and Procurement.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the leasing and fleet management marketplace is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
