Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at https://www.pcrecruiter.net/sitemap. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth in your assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching to sales professionals to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of successful experience selling software and services (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • 4+ years of successful sales management experience in software and services, managing multiple sales people in a multi-state region, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of sales people to performance in excess of sales objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to implement a successful sales process that generates revenue.
  • Strong ability to create sales presentations messages, position statements, and other sales collateral.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and sell the key elements of a standardized contract to clients and avoid negotiation and redlines but also to successfully negotiate complex contracts where necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, proposals, and other sales related documents.
  • Excellent PC and Internet skills, including significant experience with Microsoft Office applications, a Sales Force Automation tool and Web meeting tools like WebEx or Raindance.
