About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our lighting solutions team in Canada and the US. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and national customers
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to visit customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the lighting industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
What We Offer

As a Regional Sales Director at Omnify, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you will also be eligible for a performance-based bonus structure, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
