Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, customer service, and inventory management.
- Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and drive sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, employment laws, and other relevant standards.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and spreadsheet software.
