Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing staff performance.

This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Recruit and train new staff members
  • Set staff work schedules and supervise their performance
  • Conduct performance reviews and address any concerns
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food and supplies
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Lead and instruct staff members
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position

Work Environment
