Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and accomplished culinary professional to oversee the entire food preparation process, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of menu planning, staff management, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Staff Management: Lead and train a team of skilled chefs and cooks, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Manage food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimal waste.
- Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate labor and food costs to maintain profitability and meet business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks to ensure dishes meet our high standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Source high-quality ingredients and equipment to support our culinary vision.
- Chef Development: Identify and develop emerging culinary talent within our team, promoting growth and career advancement opportunities.
- Culinary Degree: A diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field is essential.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success.
