Job Title: Fast Food Operations Director


At Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Fast Food Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our team and take on a leadership role in ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.


Job Description:


  • Lead Daily Operations: As a Fast Food Operations Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower your team members to achieve outstanding performance results. Your strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to drive business growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Balance Cash and Complete Financial Reports: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: You will conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and set goals for improvement.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: You will oversee inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels and minimizing waste and losses.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: You will handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Provide Customer Service: You will maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their dining experience.
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: You will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.

Additional Information:


This is a full-time position, requiring at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in fast food operations or a related field. A college/CEGEP degree is preferred, but not required.
