We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Holt Renfrew, Vancouver. This role will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and sales efforts.
- Effectively utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, maintaining accurate client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections, utilizing various training resources provided by the Company.
- Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a fair and respectful work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field; preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintains a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Available to work closing shifts, Saturdays, and Sundays as required.
