About the Position

The Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto invites applications for a full-time teaching stream position in the areas of pharmacy education, program evaluation, and artificial intelligence in pharmacy education/practice. The appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream, with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and develop curriculum in pharmacy education, program evaluation, and artificial intelligence in pharmacy education/practice
  • Conduct research in pharmacy education, program evaluation, and artificial intelligence in pharmacy education/practice
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and pedagogical inquiry
  • Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement academic programs

Requirements

  • PhD in Pharmacy, Data Sciences, Health Services, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of professional practice experience or teaching experience in a degree-granting program/post-secondary institution
  • Previous experience in program evaluation and artificial intelligence in pharmacy education/practice
