About the Position

The Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto is seeking a highly qualified candidate for a full-time teaching stream position in the areas of pharmacy education, research, and artificial intelligence. This appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream, with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2025.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate students in the field of pharmacy, with a focus on program evaluation and artificial intelligence. The candidate will also contribute to the development of new courses and programs, as well as participate in departmental and faculty-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a strong background in pharmacy and a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching. A minimum of five years of professional practice experience or teaching experience in a degree-granting program/post-secondary institution is required. Completion of a 1-year hospital or ambulatory care pharmacy residency is an asset.
