Platt College Los Angeles, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Academic Dean to lead our academic teams and drive student success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of educational programs and services, ensuring high-quality instruction and student outcomes.
  • Manage faculty and staff, providing guidance and support to achieve academic excellence.
  • Develop and implement curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of students and industry partners.
  • Monitor and maintain academic standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to achieve institutional goals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, with a strong academic record.
  • 3-5 years of experience in academic leadership, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with faculty, staff, and students.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
