Compensation Package
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $68,500 per year. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
  1. Group insurance: up to $3,000 coverage for dental care, glasses, and mental health support, with family coverage fully funded by the employer.
  2. Wellness program: reimbursement of up to $750 for teleworking equipment (headphones, Apple Watch, etc.).
  3. Training: $700 reimbursement per year for professional development and in-person training.
  4. Retail savings plan (RRSP): employer contribution of 2% after one year of seniority.
  5. Vacation: 4 weeks of leave from the start, prorated to the months worked.

Job Description
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the department of emerging and high-growth companies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Drafting, editing, and formatting various documents.
  • Managing phone calls and following up on internal and external communications.
  • Organizing meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating logistics.
  • Managing professionals' calendars and tracking deadlines.
  • Preparing documents for conferences, seminars, and training.
  • Filing and archiving files.
  • Opening and updating files in internal systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • +7 years of experience in a similar legal position.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • High degree of autonomy in task execution and problem solving.
  • Strong organizational skills to structure and prioritize work according to deadlines.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to assist a national and international clientele.
