Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Tomato Finance. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work independently
