Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at Rowe's Construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to office staff and project superintendents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and sending packages
  • Process payments and issue receipts to clients
  • Track vehicle registration renewal due dates and obtain new registrations as required
  • Perform data entry and posting of invoices into Jonas Accounting Software
  • Make travel arrangements for staff as needed
  • Prepare and administer new employee orientation packages
  • Assist with freight department tasks as required
  • Order and receive office supplies and equipment
  • Qualifications
    • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
    • Office administration certificate or equivalent experience
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Experience with general office procedures, Microsoft Office, and accounting software
    • Valid Class 5 driver's license preferred
