Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Support Associate to join our team at CANADIAN SPRING BOX INC.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments for senior management, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
Workplace Information
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
  • Hours: The successful candidate will work approximately 30-40 hours per week.
