Business Development Coordinator

ComForCare Home Health Care - Halton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our marketing program and business development efforts. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources, while also negotiating contracts with third-party payers, government agencies, and other entities requesting services. You will work closely with our management team to identify opportunities to improve services and better meet customer needs. Your comprehensive knowledge of our markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors will be essential in developing and maintaining information on available community resources and assisting customers and staff in accessing services or information. You will also participate in the annual Agency evaluation in areas of marketing, program development, growth, and expectations. Your excellent verbal, written communication skills, and demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation will be valuable assets in this role.
