Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of key retail relationships, expand our market presence, and consistently exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Growth:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and grow market share.
    • Actively promote and sell our cannabis products to retailers, distributors, and other partners.
    • Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with retail partners to drive ongoing business.
  • Market Insights:
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and competitor activities.
    • Leverage market research to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide insights that shape the future of our product offerings and market approach.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Collaborate on the creation of sales materials, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other key documentation for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales, preferably within the cannabis industry or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products, market regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
