The RoleWe're looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Territory Manager to take ownership of key retail relationships, expand our market presence, and consistently exceed sales goals. Key Responsibilities- Sales & Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and grow market share.
- Actively promote and sell our cannabis products to retailers, distributors, and other partners.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to both new and existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with retail partners to drive ongoing business.
- Offer exceptional client service with timely follow-ups, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Market Insights:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Leverage market research to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights that shape the future of our product offerings and market approach.
- Sales Operations:
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Collaborate on the creation of sales materials, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other key documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Embrace feedback and coaching to continually improve performance and sales techniques.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, preferably within the cannabis industry or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, market regulations, and industry best practices.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Self-starter who thrives under pressure, meets deadlines, and can work independently.
