Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for our Construction & Forestry location.
This position specializes in the sale of heavy equipment, construction machinery, and forestry equipment, as well as associated manufacturer's lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used heavy equipment and machinery within the designated sales territory
- Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Develop strong relationships with customers and stay informed about their business activities and needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the territory
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports as required
**Required Skills:**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new business opportunities
**Required Experience:**
- Experience in the sales industry, preferably in heavy equipment or construction machinery
- Ability to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally
- A recent driver's abstract will be required
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new business opportunities
