Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at OPENLANE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences on all OPENLANE platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase dealer purchase behavior within an assigned region on and at all OPENLANE platforms
  • Increase buyer penetration and loyalty on all OPENLANE platforms
  • Maintain a 100% compliance rate on Salesforce utilization for the accounts within your assigned book of business
  • Re-engage or reactivate fallout sellers for OPENLANE
  • Handle and close all at auction if-bids for OPENLANE
  • Maintain a high-level conversion rate on all at auction if-bids within your assigned book of business
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience within a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and telephone conversation skills
  • General knowledge of automobiles and the automotive industry
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to persevere and remain positive when faced with obstacles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain composure and quality of output in high-pressure environments
