Job Title: Store Manager
The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, inventory costs, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
- Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
