Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store meets its sales and customer service goals. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience and be able to drive business results while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service.
- Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of driving business results and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
